T roy Pratt serves as advisor and life coach to individuals and professionals that are looking to discover their path and implement the change that will lead them towards more personal fulfillment and connection to joy in their lives. After going through a period of self discovery himself, Troy became very passionate about the personal development industry and absorbed everything that resonated with him. Going through this process is what inspired him to start his own business and he soon found that he was most fulfilled when he was training and teaching skills that helped individuals and businesses identify their strategies for generating results.

Prior to starting Infinite Solutions, Troy was a Registered Representative for Equitable Life Assurance Company where he focused on employee benefits and spent ten years consulting small-to-medium sized businesses. Troy has a B.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois, certifications from Mastery University and Dream Coach University, and is a member of the International Coach Federation. He has also studied a wide range of approaches, philosophies, and processes that encompass everything from the spiritual to the scientific.

Troy's vision is to help people rediscover what's truly most important to them to help them to achieve their goals faster and easier than if they were working on their own. He does this through one-on-one or group coaching workshops.
